Fund Description
Indicative equity exposure: Up to 100% of the value of the fund
The Zurich Life Eurozone Property Fund is a unit-linked fund that gives you the opportunity to share in the performance of some of Europe's leading real estate companies. The fund invests in the shares of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) Eurozone Index via an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF). The EPRA Eurozone Index covers all the major real estate sectors with Offices and Retail making up the majority of the index. This fund is denominated in euro.
