Fixed Rate Deposit Fund (Series 4 - 2010)

Fund Description
This fund is designed to provide a fixed return of 3.5%* per annum to 31st October 2010. To provide this return,
the Fixed Rate Deposit Fund invests in a fixed rate deposit account with Ulster Bank. Zurich Life's normal product
charges apply, including early encashment charges on some products. The return stated is before deduction of these charges.
*2.5% per annum is provided by Ulster Bank Ireland Limited. The additional 1% per annum is provided by
Zurich Life. Clients do not have a deposit with Ulster Bank Ireland Limited or any recourse to Ulster Bank Ireland Limited.
In the event that Ulster Bank Ireland Limited does not meet its obligations to Zurich Life, or the return on the Ulster Bank
Ireland Limited account is otherwise insufficient, the value of the Fixed Rate Deposit Fund will be based only on the value
returned from the deposit account with Ulster Bank Ireland Limited. No other assets of Zurich Life Assurance plc shall be
used to make up the difference.
