Product Description
The Guaranteed Dynamic 100 Bond Series 3 is a unit-linked single premium bond which invests in the Dynamic 100 (Series 3) Fund.
Purpose of Product
The Guaranteed Dynamic 100 Bond Series 3 offers lump sum investors exposure to an actively managed equity portfolio, with limited risk. The risk is limited because the Bond offers a 100% capital guarantee on 31st January 2014 in addition to having a Protected Price equal to 80% of the fund's highest ever unit price, available on encashment on any day.
This product is only available for a limited time period. The fund will close to investments on, or before (if fully subscribed), 25th January 2008.
Fund Choice
Dynamic 100 (Series 3) Fund.
The return from the Zurich Life Dynamic 100 (Series 3) Fund is based on a mixture of the returns from the Zurich Life Dynamic Fund and an Zurich Life Cash Fund. The exposure of the Dynamic 100 (Series 3) Fund to the returns of the Zurich Life Dynamic Fund varies between 70% and 0% depending on investment conditions and how close the unit price of the Dynamic 100 (Series 3) Fund is to its Protected Price.

Minimum investment: €5,000
Maximum investment: None.
Options
- You can opt to take a regular income from your bond.
- You can make a full or partial encashment at any time.
- There is an option to write the Zurich Life Guaranteed Dynamic 100 Bond Series 3 under Trust.
Tax comment:
On death, encashment, partial encashment, assignment of this policy or on every eight policy anniversary, an exit tax is normally payable on the excess of the encashment value over the sum invested, allowing for any previous exit tax payments. The current rate of taxation is 23%.
