How it works

The fund aims to track the performance of gold. The fund currently achieves this by investing in Physical Gold P-ETC, an Exchange Traded Certificate (ETC) which is managed by Source Physical Markets. Each gold P-ETC is a certificate which is secured in gold bullion.

This ETC tracks the gold spot price and is backed by physical gold. It has been designed to provide investors with a return equivalent to movement in the gold spot price, less fees.
